Set Menu

Our plated menus can be served as a set menu with 1 option per course, served alternately to your guests with 2 options per course or pre-ordered with 2 or 3 options per course.

Alternatively you may choose to have orders taken on the night of the event.

We would be delighted to chat with you and design a menu to suit your dream event.

Any dietary needs you may have are no problems at all we cater for dietary requirements with great care.


Starter

  • Warm Carpaccio of fresh and smoked salmon with lime and honey vinaigrette fried potato and pear and chive foam

  • Caramelized Onion tart Rocket and beet salad

  • Lavender crusted Local baked goat cheese served on pickled beetroot and salad leaves

  • Local Mozzarella chargrilled aubergine roasted pepper with basil and coriander salsa

  • Orange and Vodka cured salmon Salmon rillette fried wonton crisp pickled red onion and cucumber avocado salad

  • Middle eastern lamb salad local sheep feta grapes and pomegranate dressing

  • Twice cooked Asian pork belly deep-fried 6-minute egg and Asian slaw

  • Aubergine involtini cashew cheese on Tomato ragu (vegan and gluten free)

Main

  • Angus beef fillet served on gratin potato red wine jus caramelized shallots and root vegetables

  • Canterbury Lamb rack on mustard mash pinot jus caponata and seasonal vegetables

  • Snapper pan fried caper butter on crushed potato with cherry tomato and olive fondue

  • Parma ham wrapped free range chicken stuffed with fennel butter on haricot bean and cherry tomato ragout (Israeli couscous and roast vegetable salad)

  • Whisky cured house smoked salmon preserved lemon crème fraiche on potato and herb cake fennel and apple slaw

  • House made Spinach and ricotta ravioli caramelized sage butter and fresh parmesan

  • Home made potato gnocchi Tomato sugo Fresh Parmesan
